A Dança... // The Dance...

Olá! // Hello!

Esta semana não vamos falar de informática, mas sim relaxar um pouco e falar de um tema com o qual nos identificamos. // This week we aren't going to talk about informatic, but we are going to relax and talk about a topic with which we identify.

A dança... 
                é a linguagem escondida na alma.
                é a forma de sermos livres.
                é a conjunção perfeita daquilo que se sente e se consegue expressar.
                é quando nós quisermos, onde nós quisermos e com quem quisermos.
                é o movimento espontâneo e natural das pessoas.
                são as culturas misturadas numa palavra só.


The dance... 
                it is the hidden language in the soul.
                it is the form of we be free.
                it is the perfect conjunction of that that if he/she sits down and she get to express.
                it is when we want, where we want and with whom want.
                it is the people's spontaneous and natural movement.
                they are the mixed cultures in an alone word.

Para além de a dança ser uma forma de nos expressarmos e que revela um sentimento inexplicável dentro de cada um, tem benefícios para a saúde de quem a pratica, entre os quais:

• Melhora a flexibilidade
• Melhora a postura
• Melhora a coordenação motora
• Melhora a estimulação da memória
• Melhora o bem-estar
• Diminui a ansiedade
• Ajuda na queima calórica

mas acima de tudo faz com que nos sentamos livres para voar mais alto!


For besides the dance to be a form of we express ourselves and that he/she reveals an inexplicable feeling inside of each one, he/she has benefits for the health of who practices her, among the ones which:
